On the other side of the Lonsdale Quay is a newer pier. It opened where shipyards used to be and is quite a walk:

While walking there, there's quite a few other artifacts: Apparently these shipyards would go on and help build 100 victory ships for the Allies during WWII. The view from there was also great:
While out on the pier today, a guy stopped to show us a seal. It was playing in and around the harbour. Despite my best efforts, I was unable to take a picture of it. However, it was a neat thing to see!
