Portabello Mushroom

Well, I had another rare opportunity to try a new food this weekend. I had to say goodbye to a friend who was moving far away and I attended a dinner party. At the dinner party, the hostesss and I made a chicken mushroom stew that included Portabello Mushrooms.
 They are firmer than a regular button mushroom. They don't shrink as badly as a button mushroom does. They have a more meaty taste.

The dinner was a sad goodbye. However, the dinner was very good and I think I'll try this again.
